In compliance with the Constitution and By- laws of The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America (Art. IX, Sect. 25), we hereby call to order the

“St. Dumitru” Church Annual General Assembly, to convene on Sunday, January 26, 2025, 12:00 PM

The following agenda will be presented: 

1.  Invocation of the Holy Spirit; 
2.  Roll Call of the 2024 membership; 
3.  Formation of the Bureau: 1 Secretary; (Secretary of the Parish Council); 2 Tellers for counting votes; 
4.  Reading of the minutes of the last parish council meeting;
5. Discussion and approval of oral reports given by:
   1. the Parish Priest;
   1. the Council President;
   1. the Ladies Auxiliary President;
   1. the Parish Treasure and Auditors (Financial Report);
6.  Proposed Budget for 2025; 
7.  Election of the 2025 Parish/Mission Council;
8.  Election of the Delegates and Alternates to the Episcopate Congress;
9.  End of the Assembly;
10. Closing Prayer.
